Before we get into exercises lets talk about the food you eat. If you are the type that loves going to fast food restaurants do yourself and your body a favor and stop. Well it might be hard to just stop entirely but at least try to cut back a bit. If you do this will help you greatly in eliminating those ugly dimples.
